Here you can cancel your contract, also without logging in. You get a confirmation by email right away.

Consumers with a yearly tariff: in the first year the contract ends at the earliest at the end of that year. After that we bill monthly, and the contract ends at the end of the current month.

Contract number

Your contract number (form “SM-…”) is shown in the customer center on the overview and under “Cancel contract”, in every email about your contract and on your invoices.

Or other details of the contract

For example the tenant ID (“tn_…”) or the order number. Without a matching contract number we first ask for a confirmation by email to the address of your customer account; with it, the cancellation takes effect from its receipt.
